My 2000 4.0 wrangler started emitting this strange noise recently. Seems to only occur when hitting high speeds, tends to die down when I come to a stop, however it’ll also randomly disappear while driving in said speeds. Basically comes and goes. Anyone know what it might be?

Can someone please explain to me how it is I go about loosening my tension belt? Trying to replace the alternator on my 2000 TJ 4.0 (see photo for reference)

If anyone could assist me with this rather odd issue it would be most appreciated. My backseat isn’t aligned with the latches to hold it in place (see images for details) so it’s sorta just resting there with no stability (ie. Road bumps cause it to rise) no idea what the issue is or how to fix...
