    Calexit: Bye-Bye California?

I'm glad to see that I've joined a group that has a sense of logic and reality - if the land of fruits and nuts separated itself from the other 50, there would be celebrations in the remaining 49.

    Wheel/tire fit

Thanks to everybody for all of the helpful info. I may just leave things as they are until it's time for new tires

    Wheel/tire fit

    Rob5589 - 2016 Rubicon. Nashorn 101 - not a Rubicon, it's an '03 Sahara.

    Wheel/tire fit

Can anybody tell me if I can directly swap Rubicon wheels and tires onto my stock TJ without modifications, lift kits, etc.?

    Newby Here

I'm also new to the forum and have found that questions asked are responded to quickly and with good information. I'm on my third Wrangler having had a YJ and TJ some years ago, I've just acquired a 2003 Sahara. I'm assuming that you're getting a bit "long in the tooth" since you identify as...

    Opinion of value

Thanks to all who gave me their thoughts. Having looked for weeks, I stumbled on to a 2003 Sahara with 42,000 miles at a NorCal dealer. It was exactly what I had been looking for: Automatic, A/C, two tops, etc. so I bought it for $16k. I think that I may have paid $1,500 more than I should have...

How many miles on each Jeep at purchase: this one is only 50k which seems to be damn hard to find?

    Value Opinion

I'm back with another value question. 1999 Wrangler, 6 cal., manual, AC, soft top, 50k miles, after market wheels with new tires and new brake (pads) at a CA dealer for $11,999. This seems about $2k too much but low mileage Jeeps in the San Francisco Bay area seem to be hard to find. What do...

    Opinion of value

Thanks to everybody who replied. I saw the TJ and passed, looked like a neglected Jeep. I live just East of Fan Francisco so area Jeeps should not have a rust problem. Thanks again until the next one.

    Opinion of value

Tomorrow I'm looking at a 1998 Sport. Pretty basic - manual, soft top, full doors, no AC, 74000 miles, after market rims, new all season tires, good Kenwood stereo - $6650. Any thoughts?
