Yes it can. Still looking for the right time to drop the tank and trim off the tabs on the neck float.

I did mine and they turned out great. Took them off, cleaned, sanded to rough up surface a little, cleaned with mineral spirits. Only issue I have is by gas neck. Old Jeeps tend to "burp" when the tank is full. Gas will break down bed liner and it will wipe off.

I hydroplaned and almost took out a cop car and a minivan. Anybody else have traction problems in the rain? Wasn't really raining that hard, a liytle standing water, and I have plenty of tread left. Guess the old TJ just isn't heavy enough to push down through the water. Time to slow down even...

Replaced a leaking wheel cylinder and brake shoes. I know, I should have done the disk conversion but don't have all the parts together yet. Only took aboit an hour. Guess I should have done pictures but y'all know what a wheel cylinder looks like.
