    Automatic shift cable assembly replacement

Was quoted $543 to replace. Part looks to be around $125 - $150. Any have instructions on removing and reinstalling? My mechanic skills are maybe about a 4 out of 10.

Automatic shifter issues (not related to the broken bushing)

Having an issue similar to the broken bushing. However, after inspection the bushing that connects the cable to the shifter is fine and still connected… However, the car will not shift out of park probably. But I can go under the car and push the mechanism and it can go into drive (emergency...

So if it’s working now… what does that mean?

    A/C pressure levels

I think I owe you a $75 diagnostic fee. Stuck paper clip in here and worked. Plugged back in and didn’t work. Wiggled it around and it’s working now.

    A/C pressure levels

Sorry I’m stupid. What switch and where is it located?

    A/C pressure levels

I’m a little high I think. This is where I’m at but I’m overriding the AC compressor clutch with a paper clip.

    A/C pressure levels

Thanks. If I’m reading correct, the low should be between 26 and 35?

    A/C pressure levels

You think maybe first try a bit more refrigerant and see if it kicks it on? I’m not savvy with cars - where would the pressure switch be and it is pretty complex to try to fix it?

    A/C pressure levels

AC compressor clutch is not spinning. I forced it with a paper clip and just put in some refrigerant. I’m showing 30 low and 175 high. It’s about 60 degrees here. Does anyone know what the level should be at? I changed out the fuse and relay but compressor clutch still not spinning without...

LED Tail Light Wiring - 2006 TJ

Removing factory tail light housings with factory halogen bulbs and replacing with led lights. The rugged ridge aren’t plug and play so I had to snip the connector. When snipping, you are left with four wires on the left and three on the right. There’s no instructions on how to match what...

    Tail Light Wiring Issues

Yes tested all things functioning correctly. Of note, the lights and light casings themselves are dangling out so perhaps it isn’t grounded yet? I just didn’t want to screw everything back in if they weren’t working right.

    Tail Light Wiring Issues

So I confirmed functions with multimeter. I made the connections by just twisting the wires but none of the lights are functioning. Leads me to believe one of two things: - Need better connections (solder) - Lights are dead on arrival I’m not great with how to test that the wires work but...

    Tail Light Wiring Issues

Thanks I’ll give this a try. What do I do with the spare BR/RD on the driver side?

    Tail Light Wiring Issues

So if my LEDs have black (PARK), red (STOP/TURN), and green (BACK UP), what's the wiring match up? I think it's safe to say the green LED wires pair to the WT/LG (white/light green) wires for backing up, but I'm stuck on where to connect the black and red wires. Thanks in advance.
