Case is leaking between front and rear half. Is it possible to split cases with transfer case in Jeep? Anything special to lookout for?

My 2005 full doors have 1 1/4 bezel. My half doors that I don’t know year of have 1 1/8 bezels. I bought these for the half doors not knowing there are different sizes. Research since purchasing these show different sizes based on years. Anyway for anyone interested in these measure your lock size.

New in box LockSmart DL74710 door lock set with keys. Fit 2002 to 2006. This set is 1 1/4 inch bezel not the 1 1/8 inch one. $25 shipped.

Got around to painting the red half doors I bought awhile back. They were red with tan panels. Had no rust at all. Painted interior panels with SEM color coat. Paid $250 for doors with uppers in really good shape. Spent about the same to get them to right colors.

Installed a thumb throttle.

I had an OEM one leak the day it was installed.

Welding that up is easier than cutting the cross member laying on my back.

Ended up modifying track bar. Will weld on half section of larger tube to stiffen bar back. Will also weld plate inside of opening. Will also have to modify tail pipe. That would have to be done with Currie bar also from what I have read.

I have considered doing that although I would prefer buying the Currie bar and selling the JKS if the Currie will clear.

Wheel is centered. Had move axle forward with lower arms to achieve that.

The interference that’s causing the most trouble is bar hitting the cross member.
