What did you do to your TJ today?

Topped off the power steering fluid, greased up the steering linkage, and checked the other fluids. I have no idea what engine oil the dealership put in but after 3000 miles it still looks clean. Maybe I should ask them when I bring it in for maintenance.

Also dumped a can of Seafoam in the tank to see if that will help start it better. If not then seriously thinking it's a fuel filter issue.
FYI, any conventional oil is fine. You can even change or combine. It really does not affect things one bit. Just run the right weight. Synthetic only helps if you live in a very cold environment.

I removed and cleaned the Idle Air Control Valve, just because I like working on my Jeep and it was a fairly easy job. It wasn't too bad, but I might pull the whole throttle body off soon and give it a good clean. I did notice the idle seemed a bit smoother. I followed the How To on this forum. Mine is an 2006 so the IAC is a bit different, but the same principles apply. I do like doing my own maintenance most of the time.

Definitely pull the throttle body and clean it out entirely when you have time. Mine was so full of crap. Had clearly not been cleaned the entire time the PO had it.

So I just roll this on, brush on or wipe on? I would love to do this since I was thinking about painting it anyway. Do you know if it last long or any runoff on to the body? Sry for all the questions just rly interested in doing this thanks.

^^^ this! I pulled the whole throttle body and disconnected the 3 sensors and throttle cables. Used almost a full can of carb cleaner and made it look brand new. Easy to do and made a huge difference as if been stalling at idle.

I just put on on a old t-shirt rag and rubbed it on it little heavy. Then just let it sit, drys by itself, no need to buff it out or anything. I was surprised how easy it was and the results.

Changed my HVAC control panel, and while I was in there I changed all the lights to blue LED's to match the dash.
Did mine in blue as well to match the gauges...simple and cheap but looks the part. Was you HVAC not working ?
