I aired up the tires from 24psi to 29psi. Hopefully that increases the gas mileage a bit so that it goes from 11mpg to 11.5mpg.

Must be the colour matched flares on that Sahara that give you less wind resistance
That is about the same that I get with my 05 LJ, 11.0 - 11.5 MPG.

I had the same issue when I put in my Currie/Savvy 4" lift within the past year. Many different answers - and that's the answer. You need to flex your suspension with the tires on and the springs removed. Measure to find out what is best for your rig.
With my 1.25" BL and 4" SL with GR 4" flare tube fenders, I went with:
Front: B8549
Rear: B8563
