Do grab bars restrict visibility?

I want an assist to get in and out of the Jeep and I like a hard mount vs the soft mount roll bar handles.

I don't want to restrict visibility.

No, and they are way more stable than the floppy roll bar kind.

Mine, similar to those shown by John Cooper, are from Carolina Metal Masters (now discontinued, I think). The one on my side appears in front of the A pillar, so there is no visual obstruction. I wish I had sprung for them long ago, but the last 5 years with them have been brilliant. They are rock solid and put the soft ones to shame.

I would guess it depends on the handle, have seen some big bulky ones. I have hard mounts that are part of my cage. I never notice them while driving but are super handy. I use them every time I get in and out. Never been an issue with vision
