Front Track Bar - Frame Side Measurement

I need someone to take two quick measurements for me.

Can you please measure from the frame to the bottom of the trackbar mount? Can you also measure to the mid-point of your track bar end?

Greatly appreciated!

I can confirm that's the original factory non-dropped track bar mount if that's what you're wondering. And I have a different style track bar so the #2 measurement on mine would be different from yours.

You are both correct; this picture is only for reference to the measurements I need.


Long story short - I have a double sheer mount (Barnes) that is 3.5" from bottom of frame. Because of this, I have bump steer and need to rework the frame mount.

I just want to confirm my geometry estimates before redoing this mount for the second time.

You can grind the crack out and weld it, then put a plate over it. From the plate, you can add a brace to the passenger side frame rail. I think that would be easier than removing the entire mount for a new one.

I think @KenHamIsASham has already cut the factory mount off the frame.
