What did you do to your TJ today?

Nope not original shocks. They happen to be pretty much the exact compressed/extended length I needed. They use the same upper mount, and for the lower mount I just used a bar pin eliminator through the bushing . So essentially it was a bolt on shock.

very nice I looked those up and they are cheap, main reason I ask is there are always jk shocks showing up on marketplace around me for stupid cheap, I guess I will just need to see which ones will work for me, previous owner did a zone 3 inch and I have been looking for better shocks as of late.

Tore into my son's front axle yesterday to find out why the pinion yoke was loose. Bad bearing due to grit from mud getting through the inner seal. Can't figure that one out. No oil was coming out of the tube. Last week we put on a new MORryde tire carrier and new tailgate on his as well.

Today, new muffler and tailpipe on my daughter's Jeep.

Luckily, mine has been up to snuff.

i need to do a new tailpipe in the very near future. I’m tired of the dump after the skid . Which one did you go with ?

I bought it on Amazon from Northeastern Exhaust. It's the only one I found that is Stainless Steel and mandrel bent. Here is a link: Exhaust

Edit: This is the 3rd one I bought. One for my son's Jeep, one for mine and now one for my daughter's Jeep. I will say it's not as thick as the OEM but neither are any of the others I've seen. At least it's stainless steel and not aluminized steel.

Was just looking at that one yesterday. I'll order it later tonight. One question though, is it 2.25" or 2.5"?

@Blackjack — Got the winch breather installed today with rather less than "the usual trouble". Of course, the breather ended up being oriented in almost the worst possible direction, making the breather tube want to kink - but I added an elbow to it to relieve the stress and it went in swimmingly.

Yeah I have run into an occasional inconsistency in some of the later motors ground threads. Sometimes adding a washer helps. If you want to try that let know and I will send a couple extra orings to you.

No worries, no problems. Its very hard to clock threads when manufacturing things, PLUS I have 3 wires connected there instead of the usual 2, so that changes things as well. Adding the spare vacuum elbow I had lying about - thank Goddess - fixed the situation.

I need to go grab a mini fuel filter for the other end of the tubing.
