DETOUR

The hub kit made my vibration issue significantly better and was worth it in my opinion. I still have the harmonic vibrations starting at about 70 mph but it is livable.

Wait a minute, you are the guy who cleans his windshield religiously!!!!!!!

Snow white isn't gonna be happy!!!!

I know- actually these hoods need clear on the underside badly to resist stains

Also I need a tip on a good engine cleaner - simple green is my guess, I try to avoid pressure washing -

Those spray and leave tire cleaner dressings shine one up. Not sure how smart it is.

Picking up antibiotics when the pharmacy opens at 9am this morning. Three weeks of taking them. The doctor said Lyme disease can screw with the nervous system and heart if not treated. Good thing I listened to my wife. I probably would have waited too long.

Please do a bit of research. Most drs prescribe 1/2 the necessary dose for 1/2 the time it should be taken. Need to kill it all the way. Lyme will fuck you up.

I've had hundreds of tick bites but very few above the waist. They generally start at feet, ankles, legs, and crawl from there to wherever they decide to tap.

In regard to tick defense, what purpose does your hat serve?

I’ve been told they can fall from trees overhead. Some people I know have had to get them removed from their head. Maybe they crawl up, or they were down in the brush I am not sure.

They were just some rock lights that my younger son had purchased for something years back that were laying around all of those are very tough and resistant to the elements and the switch is a 8. 99 waterproof switch from Amazon.

FYI, you appear to be missing a hood bumper...

They crawl up stalks of grass and branches. They wait at the tip and catch a ride when you walk past. If you know where to look you can see them sitting in wait. Put your hand close and they reach their little legs out to snag you.

Bug repellent at your ankles and waistline helps to keep them out

My nephew's buddy got it and had to take antibiotics for months before it finally cleared up.

Many years ago my son was bit and got the “bullseye” rash. Local dr prescribed an antibiotic. I don’t recall actual medication, dose or length of treatment but I do know we went to see another doctor, Dr. Lee from Greenwich Ct. He discovered and named the disease in Lyme Ct. Dr Lee chose to double the dose for double the period of time. As per him it’s the only way to know we got it all.

Be safe brother.

"According to the CDC Trusted Source the two ticks that can cause Lyme disease include the blacklegged tick and the western blacklegged tick.
The blacklegged tick, also called the deer tick, lives in the northeastern, central, eastern, and southern United States. This tick stays active as long as temperatures are above freezing".

I have some good luck.
p.s. At least the fuel pump went in super easy. Started it up and blew a turn signal bulb.

I 100% believe that ticks materialize out of thin fucking air.

I had symptoms of Lyme years back and immediately got on the antibiotics (doxycycline) for three weeks. The stuff made my skin extremely susceptible to sunlight and had to wear hats, sunscreen and long-sleeved shirts anytime I went outside or risk major sunburn. It also felt like bugs crawling under my skin whenever it came in contact with water or a strong breeze.

But the stuff works.

Lots of options but I've had great luck with this.

Cover the alternator, air intake, battery terminals and pcm with plastic grocery bags, spray on generously, let sit 5-10 min, and rinse with hose on a gentle spray setting. No high pressure needed. I also include the underside of the hood in my process; works nicely there as well.
