So with the warmer weather rolling in, for the majority of us hopefully. I was curious what "Summer Tops" folks like to run? I'm newer to the platform and couldn't find a previous post on this. I've got a soft top and have had a chance to go topless/door less for a few days recently and really enjoy it. However I'd like to get something to shade the front seats in the heat of the day. Pictures are always a plus. Thanks.

I am fond of the Alien web shade. There is one call Spider webshade as well, they are nearly identical except in price. Kind of a "see-through" bikini top. I leave it on all year round and have the main soft top on the frame but down in back just in case of bad weather. Hard top in the winter.

this is the one i used, no isses w/ it so far.

Ditto, but I have the Spider webshade.

I got a smittybilt bikini top. It takes about 30 minutes to put on taking your time, and requires a header bar. I like that it is solid so will keep the worst of a rain shower off of you.

If I had to buy over again, I would look for one that was a little easier to install, but since I swap it on in April every year and leave it on till September, it hasn't bothered me enough to spend more money. Yet.

+1 for spiderweb shade and if you’ve got backseat passengers, get the LJ version if you’ve got a TJ for extra coverage.

I also like no top, but by the time June gets here, it's over 100 Degrees nearly every day. I had a spiderweb type bikini one year, but went with a regular bikini for the last two, and the difference is nice. I don't need the "Arizona Driving Gloves" with the bikini.

Spidershade. 7 years and going…

I have the rampage frameless and I'm content with it, I almost always run it with all the windows out as a bikini top, but it's nice to be able to close it up when needed, like long drives on the highway or when it gets colder in the mountains.
