Is there anyone out there that makes forged joint bodies left hand and right thread shanks? Looking for 1¼"-12 right and left-hand threaded shanks and 1”-14 R and L threaded shanks.

Synergy only has LH Shanks. Clayton has all RH threaded shanks. Who makes both of them, anyone know?

edit - need to be able to press in Clevites.

Bodies only? Which joint or bushing is going inside the body?

Has anyone uses the Ballistic joints?

Better, worse or no difference between them and Johnny Joints??

Could make your own. I did a custom offset JJ by using a weld-on housing and a milled bolt and welded togather. Worked so far for my front trackbar.

Did you ever do destructive testing to see what failure mode is?

Nothing scientific, just hitting railroad crossings with ramps at high speeds getting air. So far so good. I do wish however Rockjock would make an offset 1pc forged housing. There are offset heim joints, so there is some sort of market for something like this, such as what I needed was more clearance for trackbar to diff cover and I would use something like this for the front lower control arms at the axle end to allow more clearance for the arm to spring perch area at full droop. I know I would buy some 1pc offset stud housings.

Rock Jock’s is offset with a gusset. Is it the gusset that interferes?View attachment 528366View attachment 528367

I assume he has some other companies track bar that has the threaded joint at the frame end. He's trying to accomplish the same thing with a threaded joint that RJ does with a fixed welded one.

That gussett looks a lot different than mine. Mine has a concave cut to the back edge to clear better and it matched the photos they had at the time. If what you posted is what they're currently selling, it would not clear for me.

I took this photo and then pushed it a bit closer, so there's about a credit card between the gusset and the cover annd that diff cover bolt. The new one might clear the bolt better but be closer to the cover without the clearance cut.
