Is my TJ lifted?

Would 33s be much better than the 35s that are on there now?

I don’t think so man. Those 35’s look pretty stuffed. Seriously I can’t believe you have fenders. You need to take those off and put/ borrow if you can some 30 or 31 with that 3.07. Gauge it from there, See what your needs are. Build for your area and what you like to do. Selling those 35’s should give you a great bank account for what you really need. You have a few options but 33’s and wheeling ( find out what is up with that lift ) an’t one of them. 33’s and pavement your all set and would look good.

Oh boy...

At the most, run 33s with a Zone 4.25" combo lift.

Your Jeep appears to be a long ways away from running 35s.

If you cycle the suspension on your existing setup and correctly extend the bump stops your would see why 35s on no lift is a dumb idea. 31 is considered the largest for no lift. Always remember that the Jeep should have at least 4" of suspension up travel without things mashing into other things.

Can you post a picture of your control arms?
The pic you posted of the coils give me the impression your control arms are not factory but it is hard to see from that pic.
I also do not see a bumpstop in there either.

Based on the angle of the sway bar and the stock end links..he may not have much lift...maybe 1 or 2 inches.

I also agree, those arms do not look stock. More photos will help.

The front upper is stock.

Guys, thanks for all the advise! I went by discount tire today and tried a 33 12.50 15 tire and it looked much better! Tire is about 2 inches shorter than the existing tires. Im going to go with the 33 bf goodrich tires for 1100 out the door (5 tires) and get a 3.75 suspension lift in 2 weeks

Good. At this point you are best off sorting out what you have. Spend some time understanding bump stops and who you need to extend them. This is critical to setting up a working suspension. 33s absolutely need to have extended bump stops, which your Jeep does not have.

Good deal. You still need to be careful until you get the lift and bump stops set correctly.

The correct order of operations is to hang around this forum for 6 months, read all of the FAQ and How-To, then spend 6 months looking for a stock Rubicon with no frame rust, then build your setup based on acquired knowledge. But, I'll challenge you to find anyone that went in that order! Usually it goes purchase TJ, search for resources on the internet, find this forum, stalk this forum, join this forum, figure out what was good/bad about purchase, learn a lot, then modify purchased TJ or buy a second TJ!

I got lucky with my rubicon! I did join and ask questions for about 3-4 days before I bought.. guys here helped me choose the rubicon vs a Sahara I was looking at. Glad I did, I got the 4.10 ratio. Now I am seeing how I could be improved to 4.56 tho.
If there is one thing I have learned tho from this forum is with the right amount of effort and cash you can turn basically any Jeep into the dream Jeep you want! Guys here are great and informative!

Stock uppers. Aftermarket fixed length lowers without a flex joint.

I measured the springs with the jeep on the ground. Bottom coil to top coil
Then if you are getting 12" front and 8" rear, there is not an increase in ride height, even if the coils are not factory. I don't see a coil spacer or a body lift.
