Wheeling yesterday and right at the end of the trail I turned off my Jeep to get out and check things before heading back to the muster point. Got back in and immediate crank-no start. Fuel pump not running. Checked fuse and relay, both good. Got a tow back and loaded it up on my flatbed and brought it home.

I then looked through all the posts (I think) for fuel pump options but didn't really see anything discussing the 2005/2006 models.

Here are three options I am seeing:

Delphi FG0924
Bosch 67756
Crown 5151335AF (I haven't found any real reviews on this one)

One of my main concerns is that the fuel rail psi is higher on the 05/06 models so I am not sure if some of these models are really for an 05/06.

What is the consensus?

Thanks

Didn't you trust a friend, when he recommended it to you..... 🤣 🤣

I had a delphi put in 5yrs ago. Still had the long crank after a couple months. I bought this one 5 yrs ago but just never changed it out. I was thinking this guy used an autzone pump instead and was expecting the pump I pulled out was not a delphi. Sure enough it was. Hopefully this new one will hold up.(y) If I remember right you put one in your TJ a year or so ago? Know that I know how to change them out with yalls expert instructions and ,positive encouragement(:cautious:), I wont wait so loooooong next time.

I hope I'm lucky enough to outlive my Delphi fuel pump if it lasts that long. o_O

Installed a Delphi a couple years ago(trying to post vid)it makes a loud hissing air sound (runs fine)don’t know if it’s normal and they all do it and I’m only hearing it because I’m right there on top of it because of the access panel?
