Hello everyone. I haven't been to the site in a while and I guess I got removed. I was able to reuse my past username. I have 98 TJ 4.0 Sport manual, 4" lift, 4.56 with Dana 30 (lunchbox) and 8.8 (LS) on 35s. Lots of skids and Currie steering for crawling. Plenty of rust and worn out paint from the mid-Atlantic with a few SafeTcaps on each side. I do have AC for when I need it. Heading to OBX this weekend!

Buxton, near the Hatteras lighthouse (can see it out our door), right where the houses have been coming down for months. They just restored the beach and are working on the jetties. Its called "Lighthouse View Lodging". We've been staying here for years, its really nice.

when on the east coast i stay closer to south, Kure beach. etc. love getting up there near Avon.

next trip we are staying in Carova. so that will be a change for us.

We did a fun drive last year. Drove to Myrtle and stayed for a week. Left there at 5am on a Saturday, put the top down down after breakfast, and drove to the Cedar Island ferry (had reservations for 12pm and paid already). Got there a little early and had lunch, then took it to Ocracoke, then took the ferry to Hatteras. We got to the hotel by 3pm and were beat. It takes longer than you think. It was a fun day. We stayed in OBX for the second week.
