What did you do to your TJ today?

Got a Windstar air box at the pick and pull, 20 bucks and $2 for an almost new filter :)

Somehow it was really hard to say "no" to $120 BMW leather, so I didn't:

There was a cleaner pair in an Accord that matched my interior perfectly, problem was they were all electric and I couldn't get to the bolts:mad:

At todays exchange rate NZD$112.00 is USD$ 65.00..not sure how much it costs to fill up over there.

Ok so it varies quite a bit then...the most it varies across the country here, is maybe 10c difference.

since its sitting in the barn, i figured id start some winter maintenance during its down time.

pulled the front axles and prepped to u replace joints/degrease & paint.

managed to clean axles/yokes up with the parts washer pretty nice and took them indoors to warm up for paint overnight.

tomorrow will be paint work and likely universal joints in by night. managed to break both axle tube plastic dust covers during removal 🤦‍♂️ so im gonna have to wait a few days before full reassembly with new wheel bearings.

Polished the wheels for the first time in a very long time. Buddy helped.

Does anyone know where to find a similar wheel to these Eagle Alloys? They are 8 hole (decor, not bolt pattern obviously) and I think they would just be aluminum since they build up crap/pitting over time. They came on my 2004 Sport when I got in 2007. I'd like to get the spare time
and tire matching. The other 4 since they are new. The spare time is a stocker rim of some sort.

Polished the wheels for the first time in a long time. I posted a post with a pic in here and found it didn't post. Maybe this post without a pic will stick since I'm new.
