Can I swap my factory TJ axles out for Dana 44 front and rears from a JLU?

I made a post a few days ago with the approximate dimensions difference of the springs on both a JT (Gladiator) and a TJ. The spring perches are in different locations, but the frame-rails are nearly identical. (in the rear anyway) Width wise, they are wider, but only 4-6 inches at most. (outside to outside tire measurements between my TJ and JT is only 4 inches)

The new generation of D44s are very strong, and Dana claims that they are as stout as the D60s 10 years ago... they actually say that 37's are the largest now... over 37, or extreme offroading you'll need upgrades.

with the time i have vested in JK axles, i can say now with hindsight. i would have been better off finding a nice pair of 60's and doing the same thing i had to do to JK axles. and then had a significant strength increase, where it counted most.
