What are the best lockers for a 2004 TJ?

Is it worth spending that kinda money on? Most people I see are bashing Dana 35's. So where im at now is I thought about just getting a locker say like PowerTrax like JMT mentioned and some better axles until I find a better rear end. Or should I get a s35 kit and build this one?
How big are you planning to go?
A S35 will handle 35’s all day long and twice on Sunday. Plus you get a locker with it

Where do you buy your PowerTrax from?
Amazon. Looks like it’s currently unavailable now.

A S35 is as strong as a Dana 44. Lots of old polish the turd threads. No worries up to a 35” tire, just like a Dana 44

The bad thing about an S35 is you can’t say you have a Dana 44. Somehow Dana 44 just sounds better.

The good thing about an S35 is it doesn’t hang quite as low as a Dana 44, so you get more clearance.

I have a Dana 44. 😉

Powertrax isn’t the only lunchbox out there......Aussie, Spartan, etc
Right, but the No-Slip doesn’t ratchet when you turn. It’s completely invisible in 2H. That’s the only advantage. It’s like a deluxe lunchbox. 😁

I haven’t noticed ratcheting from my Spartan.
And I wouldnt care if it did. I’d classify it like supercharger whine or a BOV

So I have read through this thread and a few others about what to do for lockers and gears, and since a few other people asked here I figured I’d ask as well.
03 manual 4.0
33s with 3.5 inch lift ( this will be max lift and tires )

Wheeling will be Tennessee so everything but mostly stock friendly stuff Forrest roads some mud and rock but nothing crazy.

I have 30/35 combo thinking lunchbox front
Electric selectable locker rear
4.11 ish gears

How does this setup sound super green with all this but want something practical yet capable.
