I'm working through my major upgrade to the TJ and started off the plan with Genright Flat Fenders, Savvy configurable 3" lift, and (planned) to keep the 33s.

Given where I'm at with the upgrades, I threw up my hands and said: 'Why not?!?' Now I've put down a deposit for 35x12.50r15 Cooper Discoverer STT Pros that should be in this week and planning a BMB kit before the wheels go on.

I do have a 1.25' Savvy BL installed (mostly installed - still need to get 3 broken bolts out... but the Jeep's on jackstands so that's not a problem at the moment).

I've read up on the discussions of 3" vs 4" SL and understand this community's high regard for 4". I was really concerned that 4" SL with the flat fenders would be too much gap between the 33" tires and the fender so 3" was a nice compromise that I was happy Savvy offered. Kit is sitting in the basement currently.

Now that I'm going with 35s, I'm wondering if I'm in the market to buy new springs....

Interested in opinions of a 3" SL with 1.25" BL and flat fenders with 35s. If you have a similar setup with pictures, would appreciate the share, too.

This is 4 inches pure suspension lift with mostly flat flares on 35’s. Not sure if it helps, but maybe it’ll give you some room for thought

I also have a 4 in lift and I want to purchase GenRight fenders front and rear. I see that you have the standard, not highlines, would you purchase standard or highlines if you had the chance now? That is if you stay on 35s. Is there any rub at full flex? Any opinion would be appreciated.

The highlines require cutting the hood which I did not want to do. I do not have any rubbing, but I also have a 1" BL. Also I went all Alum. fenders and corners as he steel ones weight a LOT. I have been very happy with the quality of the Genright Products

I have standard fenders from GR as well. They were fine w/ 35's, now i rub w/ 37's. I really wish I would have bought highlines the first time thru.

Thank you. I appreciate the info. I have a Savvy body lift I have just purchased and will soon install. The whole hood cutting process is something I’m not looking to do. But…

My bad. I have just noticed your profile with the info. But how far off in front to not rub, and does the rear rub?

Are you comparing your shock travel and travel bias to his shock travel and travel bias?
