I threw it away. The inlet was too small for me. All the piping is 3"+ 😎

Nothing is actually *attached* to the firewall. It just goes through it. There is a velocity stack on the other side which is bigger than the hole so it stays put.

I noticed a small rubbing issue with mine. Just had to play with the exact placement including moving it away from the cowl a little exactly as JustDandee mentioned.

I find it crazy some think showing an ID to vote is some kind of infringement of rights.

I didn't think about the linkage effectively shifting it "between" different outputs. Definitely worth checking that first. It's super easy and free.

If you can't do anything except 4low the transfer case almost certainly has to come out to figure out/fix the issue.

So it drives in 4low, but nothing in 4hi or 2hi? Just it revs but doesn't move? Or does it move with this noise? Need a better description.

It's supposed to be pretty tight. I think you'd be able to pull it out by hand, but it shouldn't be easy. I recommend getting a drill with a long flat head extension (I chopped up an old screw driver) and driving the pump before startup through the dizzy hole until it obviously builds...

Oh wait, this is a 2004 with a JTEC+ PCM. Yeah, should work.
