    Well two reasons I’m thinking are wider wheel base and hub centric. The 8.8 axles (that go with the c-clip eliminator kit ) don’t have much of a flange on them. Also may help with Turning without touching tires and will give me more room on the rear to outboard shocks

    So with my 32RH 3speed automatic transmission and 35” tires I do believe 4.10 gears would be the preferred ratio for on and off road. Right now I have 4.88 and at 2800 to 3000rpms and 55 to 60 mph , things sound and feel over reved. I may have to swap out transfer cases one day to find the...

    Sorry just saw this. I’ll do some measuring. I found a local Jeep salvage guy that had one. I may have another one Also. I think I got it on eBay but I’ll make sure.

    Hey y’all. To the best of my ability and with a Klein digital angle finder. Rear pinion to driveshaft is 17.5 +- each. Front pinion to driveshaft is 7.7 & 10.5. What do you think ? Do I need to drop my rear pinion one degree? Do I need to raise my front pinion angle 2 degrees ? Thanks

    So if the 300 is too small for our tj’s with automatic transmissions , and we want a 4:1 ratio transfer case the only options we have is the (rubicon 241OR). Or an atlas?? Is that right ? So what 4:1 transfer case would fit the best ??

    Never really messed with the front pinion angle. Probably wouldn’t hurt to have an alignment done.
