So just to preface, my Jeep already had a 1" body lift. I pulled my TC and put a SS SYE kit on it and while I had it down I went ahead and replaced the transmission mount. Get it all back together and now my fan hits the bottom of the shroud... Not by much but enough to be loud and annoying...

I've been chasing some vibrations and when I pulled the rear DS, I noticed this flange or something looking a little warped. What is up with this situation?

So I've been trying to figure out where my vibrations are coming from and this is driving me crazy. Long story short I've narrowed it down to something affected by the rear driveline. I pulled both DS independently and the vibes go away when rear shaft is out. The shafts have less than 200 miles...

So chasing a vibration that comes on around 25mph and seems to go away around 35ish. My rear pinion is at 19.5 degrees and the DS is at 20.4. Should I lower the pinion a bit more or raise it a little?

So first off, I have a 97 and I'm swapping to 06 Rubicon axles. The axle is centered and hanging as low as the CA's will allow. Track bar is way off though. What am I missing? There are 2 additional mounting holes, but I drilled out and installed where PO had his, to start with.... Thanks fellas!
