Will Dana 35 from a 1995 YJ fit my 1997 TJ (resolved)

That is what I meant, 1541h 30 spline shafts are frequently misrepresented by calling them chromolly. But they do come in Chromolly as 27 spline. My bad. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

Will Dana 35 from a 1995 YJ fit my 1997 TJ (resolved)

You could also take the time to build a good one for yourself with the parts you have. Master install kit is maybe 80$ Re-gear sets are like 200$ Eaton e-locker 900$ requires, Chromolly shafts 200$ Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

Will Dana 35 from a 1995 YJ fit my 1997 TJ (resolved)

I have a complete running Dana 35 with disc brakes upgrade. Roswell, GA. 3.07 no damages. I built another with 4.56 gears. You can buy them cheap. From all kinds of places. Try Craigslist, there has to be a Jeep recycler near you. If you can't find I've reach out to me. I don't want to sell mine...

Motor and Transmission Mounts - OEM or OEM Replacement

Everything I have bought from Crown has been a direct bolt in and looked nearly identical. I put the Crown motor mounts and trans mount in my 99 4 cyl after trying polyurethane ones. Never had another issue. Unless your Mopar source is selling you NOS ( New Old Stock) your getting Crown grade...

I avoid them because they create other issues. After you get the 3+ inch lift kit in. The pinion angle is difficult to correct. Cheap and incorrect solution, IMHO, t-case drop, mml and body lift. For 3-4.5 inches of lift, with 35s and smaller tires. All that is needed is the sye and dc...

Did you look at his current front springs, they are compressed at least 2 inches most likely due to age. So yeah, fresh springs won't help that! Richard! Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

Why are my rear springs completely collapsed? (pics attatched - ford 8.8 swap)

At this point, I would look at one of the "complete" 4 inch lift kits and check what you have. I. E. Adjustable CAs, adjustable tracbar or relocator, longer sway bar links, etc. When you find a missing part as it to your shopping list. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

Why are my rear springs completely collapsed? (pics attatched - ford 8.8 swap)

Why? Tall TJs are unstable. Trying to avoid is not being against. Getting a TJ from 93 to 103 or 107 is tough on short arms. Doable but tough. Yes you sacrifice clearance but when running 36s, 38s or 40s how much? Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

If you can't do the front, go to your local Jeep shop and grab a pair of JKU stock front springs. They are a bolt in 2.5 lift. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

Your Jeep is well equipped! 4 inch springs, shocks, bump stops and sway bar links, should be awesome! Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
