Should I be concerned? Jeep is leaking a lot of water when it’s on and when it’s completely off. I don’t know much about cars

I just got a transmission overhaul and so far my Jeep has been driving okay but I noticed a lot of water leaking…both when it’s on and when it’s completely off. Is this normal?

Can someone please help? I don’t mean to sound dumb but there’s this leak coming out from the oil pan and transmission area and it looks spread out. I was driving it today and and it started shaking randomly when I went 40 mph so I pulled over. I’ve never been really handy but now I’m worried...

Can someone please help? I don’t mean to sound dumb but there’s this leak coming out from the oil pan and transmission area. I’ve never been really handy but now I’m worried because it looks pretty bad and my Jeep doesn’t accelerate as fast anymore.
