So far I've wheeled with a durango, a tj and an xj and with the type of stuff I do all you really need is at least some 31s and a good spotter lol
I have no doubt the fj is a capable machine.
I saw a special addition near me that was around 30 something and though I would just love to be in debt for 7 years my budget is pretty stiff at 15... maybe 17 if it's a really good one.
I will take your advice on going to the fourm though. Thanks!
I forgot about that one, my cousin actually had a well built one aswell.
I used to have a 99 durango that I took on a few trips so I can dig the v8
Only downside is it dosnt have a manual transmission option.
I love me a good manual.
I'll bet it floats!
Actaualy I kinda dig the styling. And with the right mods it looks very... "commanding"

Good to know.
If anyone is in Texas, colorado, Arizona, New mexico, Arkansas, and Oklahoma and finds a jeep, send it my way please
Thank you guys for your help so far.

This is a pretty good example of what I'm looking for.
also another note (I know I'm all over the place here) I'm also kinda stuck between an Lj and a Tj, on one hand I plan to do alot of overlanding so that alone is good cause for an LJ but on...
Also @Starrs
I'm really looking for somthing around 15, but as stock as possible. Preferably a hard top and cruise control is a must. I'm fine with somthing that has around 120k or less miles and is in good shape.
Also I'm curious to see how the 5 spd is off road compared to the 6spd. I really...
