    Hood louvers in northern states?

Anyone with hood louvers e.g. Poison spider or similar have any issues with extreme cold? (Talking about -20f or so not like 30* haha) Any issues with them getting caked with ice and ice getting in engine bay? How much longer does it take for your engine to warm up in winter? Thanks all.
