03 steering gear box replacement?

Headline says new, but item description says "new oil and lip seals installed to ensure quality performance. New teflon rings."

To me that sound more like remanufactured than new. As bad as mine's gotten, I may just try it. Still considering psc though.

That's not rebuilt, it appears they only replaced the seals and put fresh oil in it.

Does anyone know of a reputable place to send in my current steering box to get it rebuilt or replaced for my 2006?
