04 TJ Transmission Mounting Bracket

Need some help, purchases an 04 Jeep Rubicon with auto, removed the transmission and had it rebuilt, now trying to reinstall it I am realizing there are missing components from what was there, or not there, when I removed it. Ordered the transmission mounting bracket and transmission mount but none of the bolts/holes are lining up and the housing is clearly much higher than the bracket.

What am i missing, need help.

Do you have a stock skid or aftermarket skid? The PO may have replaced the transmission mount to accommodate a shallower skid plate.
 
Ok. First I have a manual tranny, but seeing how few responses so far, figured it couldnt hurt. On my 6 speed there are threaded studs on the bottom that the mount gets attached to. And the bottom of the mount gets bolted directly to the skid plate. It looks like you may be missing studs that go into your trans and/or you may have the wrong mount. But I repeat ... I do not have an automatic so I can't help you 100%.
