1 Bolt vs 2 Bolt Crankshaft Position Sensor?

Is there a difference between the Crankshaft Position Sensor with 1 bolt and the one with 2 bolts? I pulled one with two bolts out of my 2000 4.0 with a MT, and the one I got from the dealership (Part #: 4897321-AB) has only one bolt and looks different.

And here is one that looks like what I pulled out:

Is there a difference? I haven't been able to find anything in the manual or online that says anything about it, but I would like to avoid taking the one I just paid $150 for out of the package before I figure it out.

Yes, one is for an automatic transmission the other is for a manual transmission.
