2.4 vs 4.0 engine frame mount difference question

2.4 vs 4.0 specifically. I am looking at engine skids and the only thing I find, and not a bad option, is the Skid Row. The potential issue I see with the SR is the way it mounts to a control arm mount does not appear to lend itself to a shorter tcase skid which I also have planned for the future.

Of course there are many more options for the 4.0, thus the reason for my question. I am trying to find out if a 4.0 version could be modified, within reason, to work on the 2.4.
