2.5 exhaust/intake

I think I have found the source of my high IDLE. I have a bolt near the fire wall missing on the intake manifold. I ordered 4 replacement bolts. I also have a stud missing out of the exhaust manifold. My question, does anyone know the thread pitch and size for the exhaust? I would like to replace the stud, spacer, and nut with a bolt and lock washer.

I have a sneaking suspicion there may be more to it then just a missing bolt in the block and downpipe, like a broken stud and a rotted bolt.

Take a small probe and try to insert it into the rear hole of the manifold to see if the bolt pocket is empty.
