WTB: 2.5 Lift kit

Anyone selling a RC 2.5" lift kit and shocks for a 97 Wrangler TJ? Do not have a lot to spend but has to be a spring kit as my springs are shot. I am on Long Island, NY

How much do you want to spend? You could do a lot better than RC.

It is for my TJ that is for plowing, need a little more clearance. In the off season it is a around town driver so do not need more then the RC.

You would be lucky to find RC 2.5" for sale in the Parts for Sale section of the forum, but there are other offerings there that would satisfy you and be better than RC. Any shock in the world would be better than a RC. Rancho 5000X have excellent valving for our TJ's and are only $200 for all four. That is hard to beat. Any 2" spring would work (procomp, BDS, OME) and you can probably find some in the Parts for Sale section.

These 3" coils might be good for the front since the plow (I would assume) is pretty heavy. The rear would not need anything more than 2" since with the plow it's going to cause the rear to actually rise and appear leaning forward.

I think there are a set of Rancho 5000x and a set of EMU springs for sale on the site. Together that makes a hell of a 2.5 lift kit. Morris and Quadratec sell the rest of the parts that make up the EMU lift kit individually if you want to piece together that kit but with Rancho shocks.
