2 years of not moving, what should I do about fluids?

So my Jeep got in a wreck in late 2019, but I have started and moved it a couple time since but last time was about a year ago and that has only been moving it from one bay of the garage to the other a couple times and has been sitting pretty much ever since. It’s super close to being done, and hopefully running and road worthy by the end of the week.
My question is about some of the fluids in it and what to do with them.

Front and rear axle will have new gear oil,
I will do an oil change and prime it prior to starting.
I will flush the break system

For the gas, I know I shouldn’t run it but have read I can dilute it with fresh gas and it should be fine. Any one know of this is ok and if so what ratio for this?

Tranny, it’s a 5 speed manual. Do I need to swap that out? Jeep has under 50K miles total if that even matters

Transfer case? It has less than that, I changed the fluid there about 20k ago when I cracked it

Radiator? Looks good as far as I can tell

Anything I’m missing? And advice? And don’t say blinker fluid, I have my kid change that regularly

Transmission is easy enough to change and it’s a good chance to put redline in there. Transfer case is pretty easy to access as well. And that would have pretty much everything covered. I think they make a water reducer that you could put in the tank with some fresh gas that may help?

I’d smell the gas in the tank- if it smells like varnish it needs to go- the gas in the lines tends to hold up better as it is under pressure. If I planned to dilute with fresh I’d add all I could before it ever gets cranked, and maybe a bottle of isopropyl alcohol.

Meh. Other than the fuel gumming up, I wouldn't overthink it. Change them if it makes you feel better, but otherwise I wouldn't worry about it.

What makes the fluids break down? Heat and contaminants. If they haven't been contaminated by water or someone's urine, they should be fine.

I just started driving a car I had sitting for five years. Just added gas to the quarter tank, and it was fine. I did have to replace the battery, since I forgot to disconnect it when I parked it.

My TJ sat outside from July 2020 until May of this year. Only started it once in that time and found that my alternator was seized. Fresh battery, alternator, idler pulley and a good wash was all it needed to get it road worthy again. Throw some fresh gas in there and fire it up!

I hate to say this but the bulk tank at the fire house has reg in it that I found out is 7 years old. Looks like apple juice and has little smell. It still runs small engines however no way Id gas up a vehicle with it. For your jeep Id syphon out what you can and add some fresh and go from there. 2 years in decent dry conditions with sealed conatiners isnt great but it will be OK. far as gear oils and that sort of thing..eh you'll be fine. Engine oil Id definatley do after a good heat cycle running it and mixing things up. Oil dont wear out,addatives go away so a short run will be fine. Just my $.02 worth.

I'd only worry about the gasoline, especially if it has Ethanol in it.

i’d get as much old fuel out if possible. would completely flush coolant and break fluids. tranny, transfer case & differential’s should be ok i would think. slap a battery on and fire it up! good luck.
