I've had my TJ for about 8 months now. The A/C and heater both worked great until about a month ago. I turned the air on and it wasn't cooling off. I thought maybe it needed to be charged. However, about 5 minutes later, it sounded like it stopped blowing all together. I put my hand by the register and could barely feel a little flow. When I tried to adjust the fan speed, it is stuck in one spot. you can move the dial, but it has a lot of resistance and goes right back to the same spot once you let go. I have never seen this happen before. Has anyone heard of this happening?

Sounds like the switch went bad. You can find used replacements anywhere that parts out Jeeps. Davey’s Jeeps is one good place
