2004 TJ question...

I need some input... in the fuel rail for a 2004 TJ I would like to know if anyone can identify the following part. ( it looks like it snaps in to the fuel rail and looks like it might bean pressure relief valve or something like that)... Can Anyone identify this part in the fuel rail? Pics attached...

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty certain that is your pressure regulator.
