Does any one have the break down diagram of the factory locker of the front diff of a 2005 rubicon LJ locker. I can’t find it anywhere. Also if anyone knows where to find parts that would be awesome too!!!

There's no source for parts except used as far as I know.

There's no breakdown because Jeep just replaced the whole unit and didn't repair them.

Except for the air actuator showing up occasionally, there are no new parts available for the TJ Rubicon lockers.

What did you do to your locker?

Just replace the seals put the carrier in without pulling out the plunger. So it was locked pulled out the plunger to unlock it. I’m looking at pulling it apart to put it back together but want a breakdown to make sure i put it back together rite.

The FSM available under Resources has the procedure to put it together with the plunger in the correct position.

You do not need a locker diagram to replace axle seals.

Most importantly, you need to make sure the shims go back onto the same sides they fell out of. If you mix up the shims, you can ruin the gear setup.

The rubber hose is self-explanatory. Use a thin wire to replace the weak little clamp on the front side.

And second most importantly, you need to make a small stick on a thin piece wire to hold the plunger open while you stuff the locker back into the housing. This will put the tip of the plunger on the correct side of the actuator. If you don't use the little stick, then the plunger will interfere with the actuator and cause the locker to partially engage.

I know I don’t need the diagram but it would be nice to see what I’m working with. Thanks for the info brother!!
