Remounted tires without the spacer, no more beadlock leaks.
Well, good progress!
Installed steering, springs, front track bar (sort of), and got the wheels on. When installing the expensive mr.blaine track bar bolt, I managed to strip the nut and bolt. Ordered a new one, and Mr. Blaine called me to tell me exactly what I did wrong which was incredible, given i gave him not information besides I stripped it out, and he was right. Its like he's installed a few of these or something.
Started pulling the back half apart now. Hoping I can get the back axle released a bit faster, as its my daily driver (jk)
Its sort of crazy tall now. 39" seat height motorcycle for reference.

How'd you strip out the mega bolt?
What it's made of I guessWhat about it is mega, besides the price?
I had the flag nut pointing down. Mr. Blaine explained it should be pointing straight up. How that causes it to strip, I dont know, must not sit flat that direction.
I am not convinced you used this. I didn't think it was possible to use such a item without getting it literally everywhere. No sacrificial rag, not even a print on the dew can, who is this man? LOL

Some do, some don't. That's a pinion depth shim between the pinion head and bearing. Use that thickness as your starting point.
