Full transparency. Just looked it up, and it says the warranty is to "original buyer." So, it is not transferable.

They also state, "durable yet flexible....don't break."

Ok, update on the fellow above. We worked it out and I am shipping out to him today. Sorry. It took me awhile to sort it all out and build a box (UPS insisted).
