42RLE auto transmission problem (code P0888)

Hello, I got a 2006 Tj with an auto transmission, it was running good all of the sudden it went into limp in, I check the fuses and the 20 amp fuse for the transmission was burn, I change it but 2 mins later the same, I have check all the wiring and seen to be good, any ideas? Please help!!! Thank you
