97 4.0 high idle after replacing O2 sensors

I have a 97tj with the 4.0 i6, 186k miles. Got some bad gas and had backfiring and such. Idle was at 1200 rpm before starting to assess possibilities. Replaced plugs, checked for vacuum leaks, replaced both O2 sensors. Idles at 1500 now. Any ideas?

Cleaned the throttle body and IAC valve. Unplugged the TPS and idle went to normal. Replaced the TPS. Started aff with a really low idle(500 rpm) and slight surging when the a/c clutch engaged. After about 15 minutes of driving and 3 ignition cycles, it re-learned and is idling at 750 normal and 850 when a/c is on. Very happy with the results. Thank you for the suggestions.
