97 tj turning into a headache

I have a 97 2.5 tj 5 speed. I'm having a issue with the jeep idling rough and backfiring when giving it gas trying to accelerate. It seems to be flooding pretty bad. The dash codes are 25 and 27. I've checked for raw wires on injectors and also installed new injectors and o rings. Jeep has had all replaced recently( head, distributor plugs wires upstream o2 map sensor) it was running fine then filled up with gas and 2 min later it was flooding and back firing and will barely idol. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I should have been more exact on my statements. It seems to be worse everytime I fill up.

Ok you either need to clean or replace your idle air motor (iac)

If that dont fix it,you pry have an ecu heading south

Ok so I changed plugs again and also cleaned the iac. It is running way better but still seems to be running a little rich. It seems to slightly stutter while accelerating and when I let off to idol it idols really low for a few seconds then catches back up. Again it's running alot better by the 2 things that I done
