I keep having to sew my door straps. every time the door goes back with any force it just brakes the thread and im back at square one. So whats the best thing to get for this ?

great idea. i went ahead and ordered a thick paracord strap for each door. that should do the trick. ill let ya know.

Looking forward to the para cord. But to be honest with you . I went out to the jeep and twisted the old ones and it worked perfectly. Thats one to keep in mind.

Has anyone found a good paracord pattern that doesn't stretch? I tried making a set once (I can't remember the pattern) but they stretched by ~3" once I mounted them. I'd love to make another run at a set.
Because paracord is inherently elastic since it was designed to stretch to absorb the shock of an opening parachute, I'd think it'd be pretty hard to weave it in such a way that wouldn't stretch. It doesn't seem like it'd be a good choice of material for a door limit strap.

My Mom said she remembers back in the day when she was younger and the first tampon commercial aired. She said she remembered how mortified and embarrassed she was, because she was on a date with a guy watching TV at his house when she first saw it.
