98 TJ won't start

Jeep won’t turn over. Replaced the starter and computer. It has a good battery. Could it be the ignition switch?

Could be the fuel pump. Can you get it jumped?

No. It beeps three times and that’s it

Open up the PDC (fuse box) under the hood and place your hand on top of the relays, then have somebody try to start it. See if you can feel any click or anything.

The 3 beeps is a curious thing to me but my suspicion now is the ignition switch actuator pin has broken. That will cause the starter motor to not engage when turning the ignition switch to Start. Great point. Didn't think about that.

OP--by not turning over you mean the starter is not spinning the motor at all, right?
