Sure looks like a aluminum front caliper mounted behind the fork that grabs the weird ass light weight rotor.
Bikes don't need 17" rotors and a BBK to stop.
Unlike a porky TJ on D-60's running 40" rubber.

Its a twist clutch and throttle, everything is internal so there’s no exposed wires. The switches are all behind the tins. No front brake
