The switches in my ‘04 are starting to get finicky, have to get just the right touch for them to adjust speed or temperature so I am planning to replace the unit.
A couple questions:
1. Should this be a Mopar only part? Looking online Mopar only looks about $20 more for the left hand drive so probably not worth the aftermarket savings anyway.
2. I found and old thread on RH vs LH and the OP said it ended up just being the vacuum lines as the difference.

How hard would the lines be to switch from the factory to the new? Any chance the old lines have gone bad? Saving $125 would be nice but I don’t want to take the dash apart only to find I have bad parts and need to make another parts order.
