Affordable rear upper control arm options

So I did an sye kit and have a new driveshaft on the way from Adam’s driveshafts. But my upper adjustable control arms are seized and if I can’t get them loose then I will need to buy new ones.

I am a college kid working with limited money right now and I know that savvy or Currie would be my best option but right now it is too expensive. So my question to you all is:

Would rubicon express or rough country arms be the better option for just my rear uppers?

I think you are going to need both upper and lower adjustables. But as for the uppers, have you tried putting a torch on them to free them up?

Personally, I’d avoid RC if possibe. Have you looked at Core4x4? Their tier 1 are cheaper but still pretty solid quality.

If I was in college, and that’s all good, but I’d pull them and go to a shop, one that’s a local, and see if they and un seize them for $20. Torch and get after it, long leverage. I’d give it a shot personally

I have the Core 4x4 T1 front uppers/lowers, and rear lowers (rear uppers are next). I like the Core 4x4. They aren’t cheap - BUT - they’re great quality and cheaper than Savvy/Currie. I also feel like they’re better quality than the RC. I also had a good experience with their customer service when I was looking for help….. If you’re on a budget, then you probably won’t be getting double-adjustable arms, but I would be remised if I didn’t say that double-adjustable arms would be much easier to adjust. The T1 are only adjustable on one end, so you have to completely remove one end of the arm to lengthen/shorten it. Not the end of the world, but it’s a pain nonetheless.

When I was changing mine, almost all of the bolts were seized. I ended up using a sawzall and cutting the bolts. Without looking, idk if you can get a sawzall in there to reach the uppers, but that’s what I had to do to the lowers, and the front uppers.

used quality, is better than new non quality.....if you get the right ones. Facebook Marketplace and this forum, maybe get some cheaper than you think.
