If those are shale green which I believe is 02-04 I would gladly trade you black plus some cash if those are in nicer shape than mine. I also have black uppers if you want to trade for tan?
I'd be down to trade the uppers. I'd prefer black anyways.

We can talk about trading if you'd like. I noticed when I got one the passanger side has a bit of a dent in the lower lip. My plan was to straighten it out a hair and add a bit of bondo. I'll hold off on painting if you want to check them out.

One of mine has a very minor dent too you can only see it if the sun hits it right. I would gladly trade for the right color anytime though, are you around tomorrow morning I head back to college really soon I'm on spring break right now?

I'll be at work tomorrow morning but I can bring them with me. I'll be around all day Saturday as well.

Meet up with @DylanM345 and @02GreenTJ today and traded half doors. Both are great guys and I had fun talking with them as we swapped over the interior panels. Unfortunately, the green wasn't a perfect match but certainly closer than black. We'll see if he gets in the door painting que this summer when he returns to the bay.

I didn't take any photos before sanding them but they were in great condition. I just had to add a bit of filler to fill a few minor areas. Glad he was happy with the green since the color meant nothing to me.

The new shorter PSC reservoir came in. The new one fits like a glove. - no drop bracket required.

Just because I can't leave good enough alone I also decided to pull the magnaflow exhaust off and I'm going to try and fit a hush thrust/have it exit through the rear.

Sound reading first with magaflow, second is without any muffler. - ignore the average reading since the test started peoir to being in position.

@Plumber1 I guess you were right and I wasn't done before Moab 🤣

I'm interested in learning how to paint past rattle can. Where do you get your paints mixed and how close do they match the factory paint? Your painting skills are impressive.
Practice... Watch some videos, read some articles, and go practice. As far as where to get paint... Look for your nearest supply house. I am fortunate and live in a town that has one. They can do a color scan, mix paint, and provide all the supplies I need.

I got my paint from sherwin Williams because it was the closest supplier I could find. The primer was SEM I got off amazon and the clear was finish 1, which was recommended by the paint shop. The gun is the cheap HF one.

Once you get the air pressure set right on the spray gun it's actually much easier than a spray can. With the spray you get a really tight spray pattern but with the gun it's quite wide.

That was quick the doors look great!
Thanks. I did all the prep last night so it was only a matter of shooting it this morning. I wanted to have it done today since I have someone coming out to buff/wax the jeep next week. That way it has time to cure I'm worried if I do it I'll burn through the clear and need to start over.
