Figured I'd share a customers build that I've been working on the past 6 months. It's also a primary reason why my stretched TJK project has been slowly progressing.

2 years ago, a local customer brought me his 12,000 mile LJ that had some major cancer going on, from the perspective of alot of rust and alot of suppression hackery. I raised the topic back in 2021, asking WTF?

https://wranglertjforum.com/threads/homebrew-suspension-setup.51721/

Fast forward to September 22' and the Jeep was brought to my shop for a full frame-off and suspension re-design.

Specs:
2005 Wrangler Sport Unlimited
4.0L with 42RLE and Rubicrawler
231
Savvy transmission skid & engine skid.
Metalcloak gas tank skid
Metalcloak 4.5" coils & rocksport shocks.
TJ Dana 44 front and rear. Detroit rear, selectable front.
Full width truss 3-link design front. 32" lowers
Mid width rear truss with triangulated 4-link. 32" lowers.
2" RPM steering aluminum links with 2-5/8" JJ's
Full Nemesis industries aluminum armor package designed to 5.5" rear stretch
1.5" front stretch.

A little more progress with the armor. Nemesis fit & finish is very good. However, there was a mishap with the front flares and they'll be sending me new ones. I decided to make my own tailgate armor. No, those ugly, rusted bolts won't be the finished product.

Customer wants to convert this auto to a manual and has a low mileage manual donor.

Looking forward to your continued thoughts on Nemesis as they are high on my list.

Is that the billy rocker and if yes can you post pics of it and how mounts as website isn’t best.

Selling the tranny that came out? Have tossed around idea of auto swap for mine.

Following on from the discussion earlier today on the fender thread. The light blue items look like the standalone flares that attach to the outer fenders (shown in red). Am I reading it right?

Yes, that's correct. They bolt onto the flare. They're custom built to customer spec. So, whether you use their rocker system or not, changes the way the flare is constructed. They also add structure "skeletos" to their flares for added strength. Like I said in your earlier thread, Rob might be able to make wider flares for you.

It's been quite a while since I updated this thread. I'm more inclined to get shit done and post later. Besides, Since my TJK build is awaiting new axles, figured I'd jump on this rig. Dug her out of storage and have made some good progress. Ended up using a NV3550 & a 241. Nemesis makes some real nice stuff.
