I built my construction on the same principles. It took time, but when the market began to find out we were extremely clean, did what we said and a little more than we were paid for, and finished jobs for the quoted price, people began to beat my door down for work. It takes faith and persistence, but I believe it is THE formula if you want to make it over the long haul.
